If the customer approached us incase of any discrepancies or defects in the service, refund can be initiated after the ticket validation. We strongly believe that only a quality service deserves customer’s money. Please do reach out to us incase of any quality issues, we will initiate a refund after validating your claim and the money will be reverted in 7 to 10 business days. Reversal can be done to the card used for the payment.
